Challenge
The previous Kohll’s Rx website had grown too large over time and had become disorganized, with a confusing layout that made it hard for users to find what they needed. Additionally, unclear communication and an outdated design added to the frustration.
But we saw a chance to make things better. We worked to simplify and update the site, making it easier to find information. With user behavior research guiding us, we improved the website for both healthcare professionals and casual visitors. Our goal was to strengthen the brand, streamline services, and increase user engagement on a regular basis.

We refreshed the brand with a new calming color palette, contemporary images, and human-centric messaging that resonated with our audience. An intuitive custom icon library was created to improve comprehension of the content, making navigation smoother and more satisfying than ever before.
